Local CEO featured in unsung business heroes book

A St. Leonard’s business CEO has been featured in a new book called ‘50 Unsung Business Heroes’.

Andy Kyiet, of Demand Flow Intelligence, is among the inspirational business owners approached to share their stories of success within the book.

Produced via printing services and on video, the publication incorporates the very best of Australian entrepreneurship as well as showcasing many fascinating people who, until now, have remained largely unfamiliar or out of the lime light.

The book shines the light on CEOs, owners and founders whose strength and commitment has helped fight adversity to lead their firms on a journey of success, whether a major ASX-listed corporation or a smaller, more modest family business.

The book and videos provide an opportunity to share in each participant’s experiences as they offer their life-stories and insights.

Author Charles Fairlie, who has a 25-year career in the media working for the likes of WIN Television, Macquarie Radio and The Nine Network, admits to having developed a fascination for the stories behind many of the CEOs and business founders he has met. He added:

“We can all find guidance, inspiration and motivation between these covers, with many heartfelt and personal stories, among the many gems of business advice and hard-earned accomplishments.”

Small business has often been described as the economy’s backbone and the 50 small and medium enterprises included in the book successfully employ an estimated 1,000 people, according to the Fairlie.
