An introductory workshop to Thetahealing is being held in St. Leonards this February.
Thetahealing is a process that occurs to uncover and unblock any emotional traumas. It does this by gaining access to one’s Theta state. The brain goes through five frequencies which range from being awake to a state of deep sleep. Theta is one of the states within the deep sleep state, and it is the doorway to one’s learning and creative abilities as well as intuition.
This state can only be accessed during sleep or meditation. It is said that Theta healing can result in improved health and removal of past emotional trauma. It might appear that the Theta state may be difficult to access due to the range of benefits promised, however, the workshop will show individuals how to access this state within minutes.
Some topics that will be covered during the workshop include the origins of its belief, where they are stored in the body, identifying emotional blocks, changing one’s way of thinking with new thoughts, and removing negative beliefs that may be limiting success.
To increase awareness within the community of free workshops, sole traders or small businesses may make use of brochure printing which includes detailed information on the contents of the workshop as well as how interested individuals can continue to access the product or services after the workshop.
The event will be held on Tuesday 11th February at the Co-Creation workspace, located on Level 2 of 83-85 Chandos Street in St. Leonards. It will run for two hours from 7pm to 9pm.
