Country music festival to come to Newcastle

Newcastle locals are bringing out the cowboy hats and boots in anticipation of a country music festival returning to the city in February.

The one-day festival is open to all ages, and will include a dynamic lineup of live music.

Performers include award-winning artist Lainey Wilson in her first Australian festival appearance, ARIA-award-winning Morgan Evans, international artists Flatland Cavalry, and theatrical country performer Kaitlin Butts.

Apparel and merchandise can be purchased during the event, and there will be various food and bar options on offer throughout the day.

General admission and premium seating are available. A general admission ticket provides access to all general areas throughout the day, while a premium ticket includes open access to exclusive amenities and a bar, and express entry into the event.

Promotional Pens are a great way for event organisers to broadcast their brand and create a positive impression. Personalised Pens serve as a practical giveaway that encourages brand recognition even after an event has concluded.

Howlin’ Newcastle will be held on Saturday, 14 February 2026 at the Newcastle Foreshore. Gates open at 12:00 p.m. and close at 9:30 p.m. Ticket prices range from $55 for a general admission junior ticket, to $350 for premium access. Children under 3 years of age can enter free. More information is available on the Howlin’ Newcastle website.
