World music festival planned for Cheyenne
An upcoming Cheyenne event will be bringing the world to the city’s doorstep, and everyone is welcome to join in the excitement of the two-day festivities.
The One World Prairie Music Festival, which is being presented by the Laramie County Library, will include music, dancing, and more from cultures across the globe. The kids who come out can also have their faces painted, or watch an artist craft a balloon animal just for them.
Along with the entertainment and activities, those who come to the festival will be able to enjoy the offerings from one of the food trucks that will be on site for the celebration and ice cold beer will also be available for purchase. They are reminded to bring along a folding camp style chair to sit on while they enjoy the food, music, fun, and friendship, and there is no charge to participate.
