What's Happening in Cheyenne, WY…

Fresh and healthful food at Cheyenne market

Cheyenne is bringing some fresh food and fun to the frosty time of the year, showing that there is no need to restrict a farmers’ market to the warmer seasons.

The Cheyenne Winter Farmers’ Market has just opened its schedule for the 2021-2022 season. It will be open to the public on dates from November through May, with an extensive list of vendors.

These indoor shopping parties, which are held on Saturdays, will connect the public with a wide selection of locally grown produce, as well as other agricultural goods, crafts, and other handmade items. Bread, honey, coffee, species, and pet treats will all also be on offer, and live music will keep the crowd entertained while they browse through all the booths and other displays. The Cheyenne Depot Museum is one of the main sponsors of the activity.

By giving small scale growers, producers, and other local businesses a venue where they can showcase their products, a farmers’ market often provides a valuable opportunity to these enterprises. Signage for such an occasion may be obtained from an area banner printing source.

The Cheyenne Winter Farmers’ Market got underway last Saturday, will be connecting the public with good locally grown farm-to-table food until May 7, 2022. Its website offers more information about the market for anyone who needs it.
