Cheyenne families can sign up for holiday celebration

The Arc of Laramie County offers services and support to individuals and families living with developmental delays, and its annual holiday celebration is right around the corner.

The Cheyenne organization will soon be hosting its annual Christmas Celebration, but this year, it will look a little different than before. While many of the features will still take place, special measures have been put into place to keep everyone safe, and the celebration is free for members and $5 for guests.

Those who register for the activity will still be able to enjoy a mug of hot chocolate and a cookie, and gifts will be distributed as well. Santa will be on hand to meet the kids and for photo ops, and hear their holiday wishes, and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, timeslots will be assigned to minimize the number of people on site at any given time.

Registration for this family friendly event is now open, and anyone who needs additional information has been asked to call 307-632-1209. Print shops can make this type of occasion even more special by preparing activity Books, Banners and other items.

The Arc of Laramie County, which is located at 4700 Ocean Loop in Cheyenne, will host the event. The date of the festivities will be December 1, running from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
