Cheyenne club showcases quilting talent

A club made up of Cheyenne’s community of quilters has scheduled a show that will proudly display textiles prepared by its membership.

Cheyenne Heritage Quilters (CHQ) will be showcasing its creative talents in its annual Quilt Show, which will take place at First United Church. Its schedule runs for three days, and there are opportunities to get involved by entering a quilt, shopping in the boutique, or simply dropping by to admire the textiles on display.

Admission to the activity will be $, and everyone can look at the Opportunity Quilt. The ever-popular boutique area will be back, and the profits of any sales may be split with CHQ or completely donated to the club in whole. A bake sale is in the works as well, and 100% of the proceeds will be passed along to the club.

To help spread the word throughout the Cheyenne area, the organizers of the show have prepared posters to display. A poster printing company can use graphic design techniques to craft marketing materials for any special occasion like this.

The annual Cheyenne Heritage Quilters Quilt Show will be on offer from August 21 to 23 at 108 E. 18th Street. Its website provides more details for the general public, as well as anyone wishing to contribute an item to the boutique or bake sale.
