Cheyenne center to offer seminar for physical therapists
The Physical Therapy Center of Wyoming in Cheyenne has a seminar on offer this summer for those who work in the industry, and it will be focused on the extremity syndromes most commonly seen in a physiotherapy practice.
The event will help physiotherapists to provide top-quality care and services to their clients. The syllabus, which covers a variety of topics, is based on the most current body of literature and research. It will include both lecture and laboratory components, and it will be hosted at the center, which can be found at 1951 Bluegrass Circle in Cheyenne.
The learners will be able to add to their skillset in a variety of areas, and it was noted that they will be asked to challenge the traditional philosophies on the treatment and assessment of orthopedic conditions. Around 40% of the seminar will consist of laboratory exercises, and the goal is for each of the students to walk away with an enhanced understanding of exercise prescription and joint manipulation.
Attending a continuing education activity like this gives those who work in an industry a way to keep their skillset up to date while learning new techniques. Manuals and other learning materials can be prepared for the occasion by a local printing services provider.
The Physical Therapy Center of Wyoming will offer this continuing education workshop starting on August 28. It will wrap up on August 29.
