Brookfield to kick off spring and summer food truck festival
The Corners of Brookfield and Discover Brookfield are hosting the town’s annual Food Truck Festival this spring and summer.
The event will take place on the third Wednesday of each month from May through September. Local food trucks and other vendors will sell snacks and dinner. Vendors often use banner printing services to highlight their businesses at this type of event. Live music performances will take place throughout the evenings. Craft beer will be provided by the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce.
Participating vendors will include Aunt Mabel’s Fudge, Flip’s Mini Donuts, Hidden Kitchen, Lola’s Empanadas, Shorty’s Grilled Cheese and Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds. The full list is available on the Discover Brookfield website. An application is also available for restaurants or food trucks interested in participating in the event. Discover Brookfield also has sponsorship opportunities at several price points for both individual dates and the full festival season.
May’s musical act will be Jessie Marie and the Rippers, which performs cassette-era rock including popular covers from the 80s and 90s. They will be followed by Eric Diamond in June, The Messengers in July, FM Rodeo in August and Brewtown Beat in September.
