Brookfield to host ongoing food truck festival
Brookfield is hosting a town food truck festival on the third Wednesday of the next several months.
Discover Brookfield and The Corners of Brookfield are working together to put on the festival, which will take place on five dates throughout the spring and summer. In addition to the large selection of food vendors from local restaurants, there will be musical performances, activities for kids and craft beer. Beer will be available at Gathering Place Brewing Company. Food trucks will serve multiple food styles, including sweets from Flip’s Mini Donuts, farm-to-table cuisine from 18 Acres, and barbecue from Slo’ Motion BBQ. The musical act for the first festival date in May will be Eric Diamond, a Neil Diamond tribute artist. The rest of the music line-up is available on Discover Brookfield’s website. The website also includes the application form for restaurants interested in becoming vendors at one or all of the festival dates. Vendors often use banner printing services to promote their businesses at public events.
