Brookfield to host long-running STEM awards banquet
The 71st Annual Celebration of STEM, hosted by STEMForward, will take place at the Brookfield Conference Center this winter.
The event, which was formerly called the Engineers Week Banquet, will recognize local leaders in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) field and their accomplishments. The evening will start with a cocktail hour from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Dinner will be served at 6 pm, and the awards and keynote speech will begin at 6:45 pm.
The new President of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, Dale Kooyenga, will give a keynote presentation focused on jobs, capital investment and improving quality of life in the Milwaukee area. Awards for Engineer of the Year, Young Engineer of the Year, and Spirit of STEM will also be presented. Banquet organizers often use printing services to create programs for their events.
Those planning to attend should register in advance on Eventbrite. The early bird rate of $85 per person is available through February 2. The regular rate of $95 will be available through February 9, when registration closes.
