Brookfield Chamber to offer leadership training program
The Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Soulful Leadership, is offering an in-depth leadership course for members and guests this fall, starting in less than a month’s time.
The Leadership Academy will take place over eight biweekly sessions from September through December. The Chamber offers the program twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. The program’s goal is to teach leaders how to innovate and solve problems creatively while learning how to become more effective in their leadership roles. Soulful Leadership is a consulting group of experienced executives who offer a variety of coaching and training programs.
Participants will spend time on personal development activities like self-assessment and reflection. They will also receive guidance from executive coaches and complete practical learning activities like reviewing case studies, leadership modelling, and networking with other attendees. Participants in this type of activity often use business card printing services to prepare for networking throughout the program.
