Brookfield Chamber to host annual dinner meeting

The Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce is presenting its 66th Annual Meeting in January.

The event will include a cocktail hour with passed appetizers and time for networking, dinner, dessert and speeches. Rick Schlesinger, who is the President of Business Operations at Brewer, will give the keynote presentation. The cocktail reception will last from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, and the sit-down portion of the meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.

All attendees need to purchase tickets in advance. The cost is $85 per person for members and $105 for guests. Registration is available on the Chamber’s website, and members should log into their accounts to make sure they get the correct pricing. Members can also opt to sponsor a table of eight attendees, which costs $700. Those interested in reserving a table should call the Chamber at 262-786-1886. Event organizers often work with print shops to create place cards for this type of event.

The options for dinner are braised beef short ribs, tilapia with a parmesan crust, chicken saltimbocca, and vegetables en croute. Each entree will be served with a Caesar salad, roasted potatoes, and vegetables. Attendees with dietary restrictions should email Miranda Boerger (miranda@brookfieldchamber.com) to discuss alternatives.

The 66th Annual Meeting of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce will take place on Thursday, January 25 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
