A high-rise block of apartments is being built in the downtown area of Seattle by Continental Properties.
The structure will be located on a site at the corner of Virginia Street and Second Avenue. In excess of 300 units will be made available. These will include several studios and a few penthouses.
The project goes under the name of Tower 12 Apartments. If necessary, printing companies in Tacoma could be used to promote the lease of the living spaces when the time comes.
Claudio Guincher, the owner of Continental Properties, has said that the building will be “uniquely oriented to take advantage of views in all directions”.
Guincher has explained why leasing out the spaces might be a better move than selling them off. He has stressed how condos do not necessarily prove more lucrative than rented properties. In addition, he has underlined the importance of thinking about risk in a balanced way.
Various amenities will be delivered on one floor of the construction. These will include a library, an external terrace, a barbecue area, an exercise space, and a games room.
It has also been revealed that there will be a conference room. In addition, a media center and an external fireplace are set to provide extra interest for building users. A retail area is going to be part of the offer as well, while over 300 parking spaces are to be provided.
