Seattle welcomes return of Restaurant Week

Seattle foodies may want to buy a bigger belt, thanks to an event that will put the city’s culinary community in the spotlight.

The organizers of Seattle Restaurant Week are pleased to announce that it will return this April and May. Offered thanks to the combined efforts of its community partners, its goal is to help strengthen the area’s food security and economy.

Several establishments have already signed on for the occasion, and they will each boast a curated menu at set price points. As well as brick-and-mortar restaurants, food trucks and other mobile eateries will be on the list, and coffee shops and bars will also be included. It is likely to be a fun way to explore Seattle's food scene, with options for almost every budget and palate.

One of the parts of the event that the organizers hope is especially successful is its Give a Meal initiative. This allows the public to support local community feeding programs by choosing set menu items, and the proceeds from the sales will be donated to a not-for-profit group. Specially printed Menus, Drinkware, plaques, and other Corporate Gifts for a function may be crafted by area printing services providers.

Seattle Restaurant Week will see foodies rejoice from Sunday, April 19 until Saturday, May 2. Its website provides the public with a full listing of the participating business and other information.
