Seattle foodies who would like the chance to treat their palate to something new may want to add their name to the list of attendees for a local tasting event.
Elsom Cellars and Street Cheese will be presenting a pairing class that will teach how to craft winning bite and beverage combinations. It will be guided by two subject matter experts, and both Wine Club members and the general public may take part.
Attendees will be working with a variety of wines sourced from Elsom Washington, while the artisanal cheeses will be from all over the world. Pairings will be made just for the occasion, and everyone will have the chance to learn the science behind what makes a good cheese and wine combination. Serving techniques will be on the agenda.
