For one weekend, GeekCraft Expo will be in Seattle. This event will have unique items for sale, will be family friendly, and will likely be a local nerd hotspot.
One of the main goals of the expo is to support local vendors. All the vendors at the expo are local and sell handmade, non-mass produced items. Items for sale may include housewares, clothing, furniture, art, and more.
There will be make-and-take crafts for both kids and adults, and cosplaying is encouraged across all ages. Admission to the event is free with pre-registration. At the door, tickets will be $2 for ages 13 and up. Space is limited as only so many people are legally allowed inside the building at any given time, so preregistration is stressed as the only way to guarantee entry.
There will be free parking at the event, and there will also be food trucks. As this runs the course of the weekend, there will be slightly different hours each day. Saturday the event will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
