The Washington Artisan Cheesemakers Festival will be held next month, courtesy of the Washington State Cheesemakers Association.
This is a popular event that usually sells out, and is expected to again this year. The festival is an opportunity for the public to be exposed to artisan and farm cheesemakers. Representatives from over 20 different companies and farms will be on hand to provide samples of their cheeses, which will be paired with various drinks and types of chocolate.
The centerpiece of the day will be a discussion by Brian Gilbert of Beecher’s. His seminar will be discussing various cheeses and how they match well with cognac and chocolate. Tickets are $35 each or $30 for ticket holders of the festival. This is for people aged 21 and over and lasts from 60 to 75 minutes.
To spread the word in the Seattle area about this event, organizers may invest in booklet and flyer printing services. These effective items can be distributed quickly and inexpensively.
This cheese-themed Saturday will be held at the Seattle Design Center on September 9 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Admission is $40 on the day or $35 if arranged in advance, and includes drink tickets and unlimited cheese tastings.
