Film festival goes virtual this year

The 2021 Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) is taking place over 10 days in April.

It is the 47th annual festival and this year it will be totally virtual. Screenings and other events will be live-streamed on the SIFF Roku Channel using CineSend. Most are only available to be seen in the United States. Applications will be accepted until March 24.

Over 100 films will be screened during the festival. There will also be forums, question-and-answer sessions, seminars, and opening and closing night celebrations. Those who bought tickets to last year's cancelled festival will have the first choice of tickets.

Passes go on sale on March 3 for SIFF members and March 4 for the public. An all-access pass is $300 for members, $350 for non-members, and $400 for sustainers or sponsors. A film-only pass is $200, $250, and $300 respectively, while a six-pack of films costs $63 or $75. All-access pass holders have the use of a virtual lounge during the festival, can view works-in-progress, and may attend a tribute forum.

To advertise this and other festivals of its kind, Seattle Stationery printers often provide Posters, Flyers, and direct mailings to organizers.

The festival will be held from April 8 to 18. For more information about the films that will be showing or how to submit a film, call 206-324-9996.
