Richland seniors organization to bring back dance activity
The Richland Seniors Association will be organizing a dancing activity in January at the Richland Community Center.
The Third Friday Dance is a monthly activity that will be returning to the community in January. The goal of the session is to promote better physical and mental health through dancing. The event will feature performances from Clark Hodge and his Easy Swing Band. All skill levels are allowed to take part in the dance. Light snacks will also be available at the community center. Dance sessions like this may be advertised to potential attendees by utilizing custom displays made with poster printing.
The Richland Seniors Association is a non-profit group that was incorporated in 1995. The organization also helps seniors purchase hearing aids with the Sound Barrier Initiative program.
The dance will be held on Friday, January 21. The cost to join the dancing session will be $8 per person. Those interested in assisting the Richland Seniors Association with setting up or cleaning up the event may call 1-800-595-4070.
