Meditation course brings peace to Richland

Richland residents needing a break should ensure an open schedule next month, as a meditation course is making a stop in town.

The Weekday Meditation will start in a few weeks, offering a respite for Richland residents who feel tired and overworked. During the meditation course, guests will receive guidance on how to reflect, prepare, and rejuvenate the mind and body. The event's purpose is for attendees to reflect on the past week and upcoming days using body scans to open chakras.

Attendees can anticipate an experience that provides stress relief and substantial relaxation. The event’s host will guide each attendee through a meditation sequence to enhance the experience. Guests will also learn to use Tibetan sound healing to enhance the rejuvenation process at the event. Printing services are an outstanding resource when building awareness of wellness events like this in the community.

Interested parties are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing to maintain a relaxed mindset during the meditation course. Headphones are also welcome to ensure a quiet space for each participant. Water is also recommended to ensure proper hydration throughout the meditation.

The event will be held online, and the event’s host will provide the link for the virtual session 12 hours before the start. The meditation will start on May 15th at 6:45 PM. Guests can register online, and the course costs $5 per attendee.
