A popular seafood fundraiser will return to Gig Harbor this spring as the Greater Gig Harbor Foundation hosts its third annual Old Fashioned Crab Feed Feast.
Guests will be served unlimited portions of Dungeness crab sourced from the Washington coast. The meal also includes salad, pasta with house-made sauce, fresh bread, and dessert.
Live music and prize drawings will take place throughout the evening, and a no-host bar will be available. Accommodations are restricted to 150 participants per session. Two dining periods have been scheduled to accommodate demand. An early seating is planned for families and those preferring an afternoon meal, while a later session will offer a more evening-oriented atmosphere.
Special group seating is offered through limited Captain’s Tables, which accommodate eight guests. These packages include reserved seating for the group, the first serving of crab will be delivered directly to the table, and recognition from the host during the event.
Seating and ticket prices vary by age, time, and table preferences. Interested individuals can visit the Eventbrite listing for details.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will support community programs, scholarships, grants, and environmental initiatives serving the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula region.
Events of this scale often promote participation through poster printing and distribution within the local community.
The crab dinner will take place on April 18th, with seating from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at the Gig Harbor Yacht Club, 8209 Stinson Ave, Gig Harbor, Washington.
