A canine-focused yoga event is coming to Williamsburg next month, and individuals seeking happiness and relaxation are invited to attend.
The Adoptable Dog Yoga event, sponsored by the Heritage Humane Society, will start in a few weeks. It will allow attendees to stretch, relax, and enjoy quality time with the dogs in attendance. All dogs participating in the yoga event are up for adoption, and guests are encouraged to forge bonds with furry friends and help the community by adopting.
Yoga instructor Jessica Ruff will lead participants through stretches and exercises, while the event’s dogs will provide an extra dose of joy and positivity. Ruff has experience teaching dynamic vinyasa yoga with a sense of soul and thoughtfulness. She has trained with yoga masters Stephany Snyder and Jason Crandell. Guests can expect an enlightening experience on the yoga mat. Banner printing is an ideal way to welcome participants to events like this.
Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather and bring yoga mats for the course. They are also encouraged to drink water to remain hydrated throughout the event. All proceeds will go to the Heritage Humane Society to help more animals.
The Midtown Row Village Green will host the event on Saturday, May 4th, beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 11:00 AM. Tickets cost $10 per participant, and can be purchased online.
