A Valentine’s Day-themed workshop is coming together in Williamsburg next month, providing creative couples with a romantic way to make something meaningful.
The Valentine’s Succulent Heart Planter Arrangement workshop has opened registration online to interested parties with a love for things that grow and creative designs. The workshop will provide participants with a wooden heart-shaped planter that they can fill with homegrown succulents to create a design that matches the holiday’s symbolism.
The class will provide more information on how to care for the succulents and the tips and techniques participants can use to ensure that the succulents continue thriving through all four seasons. Printing services can provide printed instructions that organizers can provide to students who participate in workshops like this, ensuring the plants and succulents remain healthy.
Students will be able to take their completed planters home to add to their home’s design. The planter box, which is made from aged barnwood, will provide the ideal habitat for the succulents to take root and continue growing. In addition to the various succulents, guests can choose from several fillers to fill empty space in their designs. All supplies will be provided.
The Silver Hand Meadery in Williamsburg will host the creative workshop on Saturday, February 7th, from noon to 1:30 PM. Interested parties can reserve their spot online for $55 per person.
