Food and flavor enthusiasts will want to avoid making plans next month, as a food truck festival is stopping in Williamsburg.
The 2nd Annual Williamsburg Food Truck Festival is set to start in a few weeks, featuring food, music, and entertainment for the entire family. Several food trucks from the Williamsburg area will attend, bringing local flavors to attendees. Featured trucks include Bald Guy Pizza, Midnight Express, Hungry Arrow, and Wandering Sausage. Guests can also enjoy dessert made by JiJi Frozen Custard.
A concert will combine with the food trucks to create a festive atmosphere at the food truck festival. The event’s headliner is The Deloreans, with other music playing throughout the event. Registered guests are encouraged to monitor the weather, as the festival will be postponed in the event of rain and thunderstorms. Banner printing is a colorful way to welcome attendees to festivals like this.
Beer and other refreshments will be available at the festival, though both items will be sold separately. Participants can bring blankets and chairs for a comfortable dining and listening experience, and each guest will receive a drink ticket. No outside coolers or food will be allowed in the venue.
The Williamsburg Community Building will host the festival on Sunday, June 2, starting at noon and ending at 5:00pm. Interested parties can make reservations online, with tickets starting at $15 per attendee.
