Engraving workshop teaches new skills in Williamsburg
A creative workshop is coming to town in a few weeks, and Williamsburg residents are invited to enroll to learn new skills and create home decor.
The Custom Engraved Succulent Planter Workshop has a start date in the books, with the instructor teaching enrolled students the tips and techniques to customize a succulent planter and decorate it with engravings. The workshop will be part of the event leader’s Spring Workshop Collection of 2025.
A subject matter expert will teach students how to grow and care for their succulents. The event will begin with a short lesson on succulents and their necessary maintenance. Brochure printing is the perfect resource to provide additional information to students while allowing them to continue learning at home when the event concludes.
Each guest will be contacted leading up to the event’s start date to get feedback on the engraving they would like on their succulent planter. The planters will be created using reclaimed barn wood, and students will have several engraving options. The course will be led by Melissa from Rusted Rabbitt Living Designs. No previous experience is necessary to participate in the learning session.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, February 1 at the Williamsburg Winery, Ltd. The doors will open at noon, and the workshop ends at 2:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased for $68 per student online.
