Virginia Beach welcomes return of wildlife festival

Virginia Beach is a community that cares about wildlife, and this will be on full display during an activity early in the new year.

The area will once again be running the Winter Wildlife Festival, which will celebrate the plants and animals that call the coastal region home. It will be filled with opportunities to learn, connect, and have a fun time.

The planners of the event have put together an agenda that will run for nine days, and keynote presentations will offer a deep dive into various topics related to the natural world. Pop-up vendor markets, a photo contest, awards nights, and kids’ events are all in the works as well. Registration will open on November 15, and entries for the photo competition may be submitted starting on January 1. The Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation Department is the organizer of the festivities.

Community festivals and other events tend to be built around a central theme, and this is often included in its marketing materials. Stationery printers that offer Logo Design services will be happy to help.

The 2026 Virginia Beach Winter Wildlife Festival is set to run from Saturday, January 24 to Sunday, February 1, 2026. More details and an agenda of activities, including their locations, can be found on its web listing.
