A children’s art class series is set to be held in Virginia Beach this October.
Mrs. Martin’s Art Classes cater to children between the ages of five and eleven. The workshops will give its participants the opportunity to work with a variety of media for the creation of their own unique pieces. This will include oil pastels, acrylic paints, and watercolors. The class will also extend to include material such as upcycled common household items.
Students will closely be guided throughout the session by artist and former teacher Lorri Martin. The session aims to give children a creative outlet of expression.
At the conclusion of each class, artists will have the chance to take home their creations. The session happens as a part of a recurring series. Each occasion features a variety of themes, materials, and artwork. For this session, state Covid-19 protocols will be in effect. The organizer advises that the wearing of masks for attendees will be optional.

This event will take place every Tuesday in October, beginning on October 3 at 460 Investors Place, Virginia Beach. It begins at 2:30 pm and ends at 3:30 pm each day.
