The 2020 Meadowlark's Winter Walk of Lights in Vienna will be adding new regulations to maintain public safety when the display opens in November.
Meadowlark’s Winter Walk of Lights is an annual display of Christmas lights throughout the venue’s botanical gardens. While the event will still be held this year, there will be several changes that guests must follow during their visit.
Attendees are expected to wear face coverings while touring the display, though they may temporarily remove the mask when eating or drinking. All buildings and restrooms will be operating at limited capacity.
There are multiple tour times that people can select when purchasing their tickets. The online ticket price will start at $9 for children and $15 for those who are 13 and older. Kids under two can enter for free.
People are not allowed to bring in food from outside the botanical gardens, but the on-site snack shop will be open and will offer refreshments such as hot chocolate and coffee. Guests can take pictures while exploring the display but are required to stay on the paths.
Organizations that set up holiday shows like this can give away themed Promotional Products during the event to increase public awareness for their causes.
The winter display will start on Wednesday, November 11th and will continue until Sunday, January 3rd. The activity will begin at 5:30 pm and will end at 10:00 pm.
