Food, beer, and fun as Vienna celebrates

Similar to other townships throughout Virginia, the history of Vienna can be traced back to large-scale immigration during the latter half of the 19th century, so it stands to reason that residents are already excited for what this year's Oktoberfest has in store.

The Vienna Business Association and the Town of Vienna have joined forces to host Oktoberfest 2025, and family-friendly attractions await everyone who plans on attending. Some notable sponsors include Fisher Custom Homes, Wolf Trap Center for the Performing Arts, the Rotary Club of Vienna, Carnegie Diner & Cafe, Atlantic Union Bank, and DocTalker Family Medicine.

Numerous activities will also be offered to guests. A kid-friendly zone, live entertainment on three separate stages, a bike garden, and a selection of beers round out what is in store. Free public shuttle buses to and from the Vienna Metro are available as an alternative to driving.

Annual festivals such as Oktoberfest often use visually oriented market techniques such as poster printing to grab the attention of the public. When combined with other approaches such as social media posts, residents will always remain informed.

The 2025 Vienna Oktoberfest is being held this Saturday, October 4 between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM along Church Street in the downtown district. Admission is free, and those who wish to volunteer should contact the Vienna Business Association for more information.
