The ongoing conflicts in areas such as Africa and the Middle East have drawn a significant amount of attention over the past few years. The plight of civilians has likewise not been lost on the citizens of Vienna.
Vienna will soon be hosting an event dedicated to increasing awareness of the effects that ongoing conflicts have had upon regions such as The Middle East, and Sudan. A gathering known as "Together We Rise: A Night for Gaza, Syria, and Sudan" is scheduled to be held in late August.
Political events such as this will often utilize various approaches to keep the public abreast of what awaits. Poster printing, Flyers distributed by local vendors, and online blog posts are some common examples.
Sponsored by The Human Development Fund, this event is being hosted by a number of well-known activists, including Ustadh Abdelrahman, and Murphy Dr. Oman Suleiman.
Note that the prices for this seminar have yet to be released. However, the venue has already been confirmed. Together We Rise is being hosted by the Shouse Village Community Center located at 1432 Towlston Road, Vienna 22182. The event is scheduled to take place on August 24th, and it will begin at 12:30. The exact length will partially depend on a post-discussion question-and-answer period.
