How to Lead Like a Pro is an online event where athletic coaches can receive beneficial advice from Matthew Raidbard. Raidbard is the author of Lead Like a Pro: Effective Leadership Styles for Athletic Coaches and has 15 years of experience as a senior-level college athletics administrator. He will discuss his book during the presentation, which offers advice such as how to transform leadership practices and what behaviors are beneficial for coaching.
Raidbard also created Raidbard Sports Leadership Consulting, a company that offers private coaching sessions for those looking to improve their leading abilities. A few of the services provided by the business include conflict resolution seminars, leadership evaluations, and speaking appearances by Raidebard. The consulting company has worked with organizations such as the National Alliance for Youth Sports.
