Vienna coffee brewery to teach latte-making techniques

The Caffe Amouri Coffee Roaster in Vienna will be holding a course where people can learn about lattes from certified instructors.

Drink Crafting and Latte Art is a program offered by Caffe Amouri's Coffee Lab and Education Center where students can improve their latte-making skills. The class will teach attendees how to make latte designs like hearts, tulips, and swans. The instructors will also inform guests how to get their espressos to the right texture and consistency. An Anything Goes Latte Art Competition will be held after the lecture to let students demonstrate their new skills.

The Caffe Amouri Coffee Roaster is a business that sells specialty coffees and educates people about how to craft better drinks. Coffee cans can take the company's Espresso Essentials course to learn how to use espresso machines and describe the taste of espresso properly. The shop also offers free tastings to the public each Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The company opened in 2010 and offers a rotating selection of Adventure Coffees.

The latte class will be held on Friday, October 6th from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Tickets to take part in the course will cost $125 per person. Only four students will be allowed to participate in the class. Coffee shops that offer lessons like this may use poster printing to make ads they can hang in their buildings.
