Ridgeline International expansion to add over 150 jobs

A technology solutions provider based less than five miles from McLean, Ridgeline International’s, is expanding its workforce by over 75%.

The move is to accommodate its large client list, which includes the federal government, commercial, and non-profit companies.

Ridgeline has been listed by the Financial Times as being among America’s Fastest Growing Companies on Forbes' America's Best Startup Employers in 2020. The company, which was founded in 2015, currently has more than 200 employees. In 2019, half of its new hires were veterans.

Making a large increase to a company’s workforce can be a challenge, but Print shops can supply the additional signage and educational materials to make it easier.

The company’s facility in Tysons contains 55,000 square feet, including an R&D hub and demonstration center slated to launch in June. The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority in conjunction with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership worked to enabled Ridgeline’s expansion.

The Virginia Jobs Investment Program, which provides funding to businesses creating new jobs as well as consultative services, will be lending its support to Ridgeline.

Ridgeline is no stranger to philanthropy. In 2019, the company assisted the non-profit 100 Black Men of Greater Washington D.C. in its mission to improve the lives of young African Americans via education and economic empowerment. It did this by making a $20,000 donation to the group. With the partnership still intact in 2021, the company set up a new scholarship fund providing three exceptional STEM students with $5,000 each.
