Keller Williams Realty-McLean has announced a home-buying seminar in early March.
The purpose of the seminar is to encourage individuals to buy homes by showing them how to go about the homebuying process.
The event will feature information from a variety of homebuying experts. It is meant to be specifically for first-time home buyers or people who have not gone through the process in a long time. Attendees will also learn specific tips and tricks to help them better understand home buying, including how to get pre-approved loans. Mortgage brokers will also attend this event and give information on the loan process, including discussing specific, 0% down programs that allow someone to buy a home without a down payment.
Upon the conclusion of the seminar, attendees will have the chance to meet with local realtors, collect Business Cards, and potentially begin the process of buying a new home. The event is being billed by Keller Williams as a one-stop event – a chance to learn about home buying and immediately begin the process.
