Parent-child dance returning to McClean

The McLean Community Center has announced that they will again be hosting the Sweetheart Parent-Child Dance. The event, meant to be attended by kids and their loved ones, will be a fun way to spend an evening with a parent, guardian, or special friend to a child.

The event will give attendees a chance to dress up and hang out with friends and loved ones. As always, this event will feature a variety of activities in addition to dancing and music. This includes a DJ, photo booth, and craft projects. Light refreshments will be present, so attendees will have a chance to grab a drink and a snack at the event.

The event itself will be held on Friday, February 24, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets are $20 per participant. The event is explicitly designed for participants of all ages, so kids can come with parents or grandparents. Space is limited, so event attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible.

This is one of a series of community-oriented events offered by the McLean Community Center. The Center’s mission is to provide McLean residents with a friendly, welcoming and open community space to attend events.
