MacLean business group seeks to expand networking opportunities

The Northern Virginia Business Networking Group is holding a business networking meeting in the area this evening.

The event is designed to help local businesses get to know each other better, while also giving attendees the chance to check out a new networking app, known as Tipclub.

Tipclub works like many dating apps, only it is geared explicitly towards business networking. As such, attendees are encouraged to download the app, set it up ahead of time, and begin to experiment with it at the networking event. The first five minutes of this event will be dedicated towards explaining how the app works for attendees, so anyone who has questions or difficulties using the app will have plenty of time to learn how to customize it for their own use.

While Tipclub is encouraged for individuals, people are still encouraged to attend the event even if they do not want to use the app. Whether using apps or not, it is always wise for people to take plenty of Business Cards to meetings like this.

The event will be held this evening (Wednesday, July 26), from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. It will be held at Venture X Ashburn, which is located at 44679 Endicott Dr Suite 300 in Ashburn – just outside of MacLean, Virginia. The event is free to attend, but advanced registration is required.
