Local community center to host Easter-related event

The McLean Community Center has announced that it will, once again, be hosting an annual Spring Fest.

This event is designed to allow families the chance to celebrate the upcoming Easter holiday and changing seasons in a fun, safe way.

The Spring Fest event is meant for kids between the ages of three to eight. It comes with a variety of activities, including self-guided arts and crafts, games, and other entertainment. The main attraction is the Easter Bunny, with whom kids can hunt for eggs and take pictures. Adults are encouraged to bring their own smartphones for the purposes of taking these pictures, but a staff member of the McLean Community Center will be able to take family pictures.

This event is one of a series of family-friendly events managed by the McLean Community Center. Spring Fest will be held on Saturday, April 8, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm It is $5 for everyone who is 36 months old or older, and younger kids are free. Pre-registration is required. The event will be held at the McLean Community Center, which is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue, McClean.
