Golf tournament offers networking opportunities

The annual Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce Business Alliance Golf Classic is taking place this July in Leesburg.

Fees will include 18 holes of golf, lunch with an open bar, a silent auction, and an awards presentation. There will be various on course activities, such as putting, closest to the pin, and passport contests.

Several sponsorships are available, ranging in price from $200 up to $2,500. Sponsors will receive recognition on table and putting green Signs, Banners at the event, and in all Print advertising. All of the sponsorships include one or more tickets to the event.

Golf is often used as a networking opportunity by local business leaders. There is always time to discuss work and a business card can easily be placed in a golf bag or a purse. Many of those planning to attend this annual McLean Chamber event will likely be placing a business card printing order in advance, just to ensure that they have enough cards to exchange.

The Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce Business Alliance Golf Classic will be held at the River Creek Club in Leesburg on July 21, with registration getting underway at 7:15 am.
