Fitness studio opening at The Boro this summer

F-45 Training is opening a new fitness studio in Tysons, about four miles from McLean, in the multiphase Boro development.

Three types of training – cardiovascular, interval, and strength training – are combined to make F45 Training. Workouts utilizing the combined training style are 45 minutes long and designed to build lean muscle and burn fat. A group of 31 different workouts are available containing more than 4,000 exercises rotated daily.

The F45 Tysons studio is to be 2,310 square feet with locker rooms and showers. Other features for the new training studio will include multiscreen LCD TVs that show all exercises, and heart rate performance tracking technology. A number of coaches will be on hand and music will be provided via F45 FM music or live DJ mixes.

Jeff Harnois and Doug Crawford co-own the recently-opened F45 Ashburn as well as the not-yet-opened F-45Tysons. Crawford has been quoted as saying the new location is the “perfect home” for the studio.

Located around Greensboro Drive, Westpark Drive and Leesburg Pike, the multiphase development known as the The Boro is to be made up of several buildings providing residential, office and retail space.

Large multiuse development tend to keep Stationery printers busy as each phase opens and the offices, restaurants, and retail space are all striving for the perfect stationery design.

The opening of F45 Tysons will be in the late summer.
