The 41st annual Virginia Wine Festival is taking place next month for two days.
There are expected to be over 200 wines to sample from 40 Virginia wineries, and wine will also be available for purchase. Guests can also get their fill of great food at the VA Oyster Pavilion, as well as shop from various local food trucks.
There will also be a variety of children’s activities taking place, as well as musical entertainment from local artists. In addition, vendors will be on hand to sell Virginian products and foods such as artisan cheese. Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets or chair in order to enjoy the entertainment.
Sponsorships are available for purchase and volunteers are still needed to ensure the event runs smoothly.
This event will attract visitors from all around the area, including those from McLean. In order to spread the word, organizers may invest in marketing materials such as Flyers, which can be quickly distributed in the community.
The Virginia Wine Festival will be held at Bull Run Regional Park from September 17 to 18. Tickets are $29 in advance or $40 at the gate for adults and $10 for children aged six and under. A two-day pass is also available for $45 and VIP tickets are $69. Call 1-888-823-3787 for more information.
