McLean Day is being held in a couple of days, presented by the McLean Community Center in celebration of the 100th birthday of the city.
The festival will feature a range of family friendly activities that will appeal people of all ages. There are set to be amusements rides for the kids, balloon animal twisting, and games such as bumper ball and laser tag. Those who attend can also take part in a history walk, visit a petting zoo, and participate in tennis games. Among the performers slated to take part in this year's festival are the Joy of Dance and Mutts Gone Nutts. In addition, the Teen Character Awards will be given out during the afternoon.
There will be a marketplace featuring local small business, artisans, and food providers. Many community organizations will also be on hand to provide information about their programs and services. Food for purchase will be available from concessions and several food trucks.
People from all over the McLean area will want to know about this upcoming event. To help spread the word, local Stationery printers may be asked to provide Flyers and Posters.
McLean Day will take place at the McLean Community Center on May 16 from 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Admission is free.
