The 24th annual Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival, also known as the GRACE Festival, will take place in Reston for two days this May. It is a fundraiser for the Greater Reston Arts Center (GRACE) and is expected to attract approximately 50,000 visitors.
This juried event is set to feature hundreds of artists and crafters who will be selling their works; this work may include prints, paintings, clothing, jewelry and pottery. There will also artist demonstrations, an art installation by Patrick Dougherty and children's activities.
The first night of the festival will feature the launch party. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists while they enjoy food and drink, musical entertainment, a raffle and a silent auction.
Organizers are still looking for volunteers to help with the setup and the running of the festival.
Some of the artists participating in this Reston event may decide to invest in postcard printing services. Postcards can be used to showcase an their work while providing contact information.
The Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival will be held at the Reston Town Center from May 15 to 17. Admission is a $5 suggested donation. The launch party will be held at the Pavilion on May 15 from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. Tickets are $75 each. For more information, or to volunteer, call 703-471-9242.Get a Free Quote for Postcards
