The 24th annual Best of Reston Awards gala is being held this April. As well as being a presentation of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and Cornerstones, it is also a fundraising event for Cornerstones.
Guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner and will have the opportunity to briefly discuss business with their peers. The main part of the evening, of course, will be the presentation of the awards. Six categories of awards will be presented, including Community Organization, Small Business Leader, and the Vade Bolton-Ann Rodriguez Legacy Award. The Robert E. Simon Lifetime Achievement Award will also be given to a previous winner of a Best of Reston Award.
Last year's gala sold out and was attended by more than 800 guests. For this year, tickets have yet to go on sale, but sponsorships are now available.
Cornerstones is an organization that seeks to end homelessness. Among its programs and services is a children's learning center. The group also raises awareness of the problem in the community and with governmental leaders.
Reston Print companies may provide advertising and Invitations for this event, as well as digital Business Cards to be exchanged.
The gala will be held at the Hyatt Regency Reston on April 30.
