Studio to offer unique lesson

A local venue will be hosting a special art class in early October in Rockwall.

Paint Your Pet! is an event where an instructor, Danna Kraemer, will guide participants through creating a truly unique piece of artwork. Each person will be required to submit at least one picture of the animal they wish to create the image of. If photos do not have the best clarity, it is asked that a description of the furry friend is also included in order to enhance the drawing performed prior to the class. Due to the nature of the lesson being more technical, the age is restricted to 15 or older, although slightly younger are not discouraged from attending if their skill level is advanced enough.

Anyone who is aged 21 or older is permitted to bring in an alcoholic beverage if they choose to. Cups will be available, but ice will also need to be brought in.

There are two options for the size of the canvas, both priced at $60. These are 12”x12” and 16”x20”. The lesson will last around three hours, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Capacity is limited in order to provide the best experience. Photos can be submitted through the venue’s website, where tickets may also be purchased. This space is the Rockwall location of Painting with a Twist. Flyer printing will often be used to promote classes like this one. The date for the event is set to be October 3.
