Rockwall to host cornhole fundraiser

Next month, the Hemisphere Brewing Company will be holding a cornhole tournament in Rockwall.

The Hemisphere Brewing Company created this tournament as a fundraising event for a non-profit organizations. Since 2014, the company has been operating as a local brewery in Rockwall.

Camp iHope is the subject of the Hemisphere Brewing Company’s fundraiser tournament. The organization’s mission is to gather the funds and resources necessary to allow children who are cancer patients to attend camps for free, participate in activities, and make friends. The camps also benefit the siblings of cancer patients by providing them with support and helping them deal with issues that arise around having a family member diagnosed with the disease.

The purpose of the cornhole tournament is to enable residents of Rockwall to raise funds to benefit Camp iHope while enjoying a cornhole game. The price to attend is $5 per player. Participants will also be able to drink beer provided by the Hemisphere Brewing Company. To ensure that potential attendees and players know when and where events will take place, the organizers of similar tournaments utilize poster printing to display necessary event information throughout many high-traffic locations across their communities.

The cornhole tournament fundraising event is scheduled to take place at the Hemisphere Brewing Company between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Saturday, May 15.
