The yearly Santa Cops 4 Kids 5K and One-mile Fun Run event is set to return to Rockwall next month.
In preceding years, this holiday run has taken place as an in-person event. This year, the race will proceed as both a virtual and an in-person event depending on the preferences of registered runners.
The 2020 edition of this popular racing event will include four separate divisions. There will be a One-mile Fun Run, a 5K for adults, a Youth 5K, and the Santa Chase. For runners who would rather participate on their own schedule, registration is also available for a virtual 5K. The organizers of similar running events often choose brochure and flyer printing to provide participants with necessary information regarding key details such as time, location, and rules.
Registration fees cost $30 per person for both the in-person and virtual 5K races, $20 per person for the Youth 5K, $15 for the One-mile Fun Run, and the Santa Chase is free. Santa Cops 4 Kids will donate event proceeds to the Children’s Advocacy Center of Rockwall County to continue supporting the organizations offered services and programs.
The Santa Cops 4 Kids 5K and One-mile Fun Run event is scheduled to take place at the Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium on Saturday, December 19 from 8:20 am to 11:00 am.
