An art studio in Rockwall will be hosting a class with a fun and spooky theme in late October.
Cauldron Bubble! is a lesson for those interested in the artistic discipline of painting, hosted by the local Painting with a Twist team. The image perfectly fits the Halloween season, using a combination of bright green and a few darker colors/tones to depict a witch tending to her latest brew. Attendees will get to learn and practice several techniques while painting, working with a staff member who will explain each step to the room.
Base options include a board of wood planks and a canvas, both of which are 16”x20”. The wood does have a slightly higher cost.
The venue permits those of the legal age to bring their own alcohol to the event. Snacks are also welcome. If ice is wanted, that must be brought in as well.
For an additional price of $20, participants can also create a scented candle. To do this it’s best they show up at least half an hour prior to the beginning of the class.
Reservations are available through PwaT’s website. The admission prices are $39 and $49. Flyer printing is a common promotion technique for many art activities. Anyone 18 or older is welcome to partake in the class. The event will run on October 24th, between 7:00pm and 9:00pm.
