An event honoring a day of love with a creative twist is headed to Rockwall.
Painting with a Twist is a studio brand which aims to make the art form in its name accessible for people of any age and experience level. The company also uses a large variety of themes for its events, giving everyone a chance to find something for them to enjoy painting.
This activity features artwork based on a classic Valentine’s Day sweet. Candy Hearts! is one of the “Family Day” classes, meaning it is open to the younger crowd as well as the adults. The instructor will help the group craft their pieces through both group and individual lessons. The image shows a pile of heart shaped candies in several colors with a sweet and loving message written on the front. These are a treat which are only available widely during the Valentine’s Day season, and have become a symbol of the holiday.
Participants at or over 21 are able to bring snacks and alcohol, but it’s important that a safe environment is kept up for the younger guests.
Tickets are sold through the Rockwall PwaT studio’s website. While there are two base options (wooden plank board and canvas,) both are priced the same at $39. Many interactive art experiences use promotion techniques like flyer printing as a part of the advertising process. The event is taking place between 6:30pm and 8:00pm on February 11th.
