Budding artists in Rockwall will get to play with colors during a unique painting class in mid-November.
Flyer printing is often used in communal areas to promote similar activities.
Tie Dye Sky Blacklight will explore the use of many paints, some of which will add a new dimension to the image under blacklights. The lesson is open to anyone who is aged seven or older. Some younger kids may be able to participate in the class as well, at their parents’ discretion. Caregivers can also choose to paint with their children, sit with them, or leave them at the studio. Adults who are at least 21 years of age are able to bring along their own alcoholic beverages, but should maintain a safe and family-friendly space.
The experience will last about one and a half hours. Guests will be able to choose either a canvas or wood plank to put their masterpiece on. Both will be 16” x 20”, but the wood will cost more for the attendees to use. Tickets can be purchased on the website for Painting With A Twist, the Rockwall location that will host the event. A spot using the canvas piece will cost $38, while using the plank will cost $48.
The lesson will take place on Thursday, November 18 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
